"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ate breakfast two days at JoJo's which is situated in the same parking lot. The food was excellent, fresh and hot! There was plenty of parking if you're driving and the hotel is located in a perfect location. There's restaurants, shopping plaza's, fast food, gas stations, and they also have a casino in Fountaine Square. If I'm traveling again to North Chicago, Waukegan, IL area, I'll definitely stay here again! "

"To be clear, this is NOT a traditional hotel. It is an extended stay studio apartment style property. The front desk closes at 7:00 pm and is closed on Sunday. The manager was very nice and accommodating. This is a good place to sleep and take advantage of its proximity ti the Metra train station that gets yo cheaply into Chicago. Nothing is a safe walking distance from the place. Nearest restaurants and convenience stores are a mile away. Bed was comfortable. TV had about 30 standard cable and...

"The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get."
