the plates in the cupboard were dirty (food on them), dishwasher didn't work and had issues with AC. Carpets are all stained and dirty. The issues we had staff addressed but to me they should not be issues in the first place

The Olsen Melbourne - Art Series
It was perfect for the one night that I needed. I arrived very late and enjoyed the fact that they have 24hr front desk clerks for check ins. I was able to park on the street nearby. Though I got lucky.
