"We didn’t know the hotel was doing renovations so our hallway was very noisy with fans. The rugs were being shampooed and cleaned in any empty rooms and hallway. But it could have been worse. We did have breakfast one morning in their dining room which was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Gaffer District and other sites in the area, very accessible."

"The view is amazing! On to other comments: as I have found with most other coffee makers in a room, it was not clean. The shower: it needs full coverage of a door or a curtain, the water goes onto the floor. Also, the shower itself could use safety strips on the floor or a rubber mat to prevent slipping . Last thing, no vent in the bathroom to let out moisture. This is making the door frame stick, which makes it noisy in your room and others next to you."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Longhouse Manor. Our room, common spaces and pool were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings of fresh fruit, eggs and protein each day. The innkeeper was very nice. The only misgiving was the toilet, which was displaced from the floor and the tile was cracked. While everything was fully functional, a shifting toilet is the last thing one would and should expect while taking care of business."

"While at first glance not what I initially expected it was a wonderful stay! The family that runs it was very friendly and accommodating. The view was indeed gorgeous and the room was clean and fresh. Wonderful stay we will be back!"

"Location of the hotel is convenient with lot of eateries at walking distance. Parking is easily available at all times. Staff is supportive. Rooms, including washrooms, are neat & clean. TV should have more channels available. Even the main news channels are missing. Breakfast is just ok, but there is scope for adding more fruits, sausages etc. Overall a good comfortable experience."
