"It needs to be cleaned. There were stains in the carpet and the walls, and we had an issue with the shower not working. Ultimately it needs a deep cleaning done to the whole place and just more maintained."

"Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. ..."
