"The hotel was first class with a very large room and a large bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and warm and I slept well. While I did not eat in the hotel my friend said the breakfast was first class. Dingle was a really beautiful town with a large choice of restaurants of pubs, cafes and bars and I hope I will go back at some point. The drive to Dingle as also excellent ith stunning scenery. I will also mention the receptionist who greeted us with a beautiful, was helpful, obliging, professional and was the example of the perfect customer care approach. She was on the desk when we arrived and when we left and she left a hugely positive impression on us which is great for the hotel and the town."

"Centrally located in the town centre with on-site parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room needed a refresh; the furniture was old and the bed was small. The bathtub still has the dreaded shower curtain that sticks to you when you try to shower and deposits water throughout the bathroom floor. No lift to the upper floors."

"Overall the hotel was wonderful and in an amazing location. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower. The curtain used made a large mess on the floor every time we showered. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone in the area."
