We enjoyed the stay at the hotel until we went, took our grandkids to the swimming pool to find it kind of a lime, green yellow, and it looked like it had been cleaned in weeks. There’s mold around the edge of the pool from water being stagnant on it, my grandkids were in their teenagers. They were just mortified by what it looked like so I think you need to really take some time and go over there and find out what’s wrong with their system before I make another visit to the hotel itself other than that things look good the food is great, they were pretty generous and and making sure we were comfortable but I still think that you need to take some more time to take a look at your amenities that you offered to your people staying there because I know there were other families that took their children into the pool, but I would never have put a young child into that pool

The heating unit was not controllable in the room. Had to completely shut it off. Window shade torn and tattered. Mattress well overdue for a replacement.

Nice sized King bed room. Clean and did not smell of room/rug deodorizer like so many hotels I have stayed in which wreck havoc with my allergies. Like the ability to run the fan independent of air conditioning. Comforter on bed thick enough to lower the room temp down to a comfortable level. Pillows of nice thickness. Walk in shower large and roomy. Breakfast had fresh actual scrambled eggs and bacon that had excellent consistency and taste. Didn’t have time to use the pool, exercise room or outdoor lounge areas but they looked nice!

The site was very clean, recently remodeled and well kept. Employees were all friendly. Kwik trip and a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Lobby and eating area was large and clean and welcoming. Breakfast was also good.

Very nice staff, clean, well maintained. Nothing fancy, one elevator at far end of building. It’s not supposed to be the Ritz. It’s in a parking lot by the local private airport. View of a Taco Bell. Wouldn’t go for the scenery. Id say overpriced all things considered except most hotels in area booked due to large Harley Davidson event(s) and everyone understandably raised rates. .

The hotel is very clean and seems to be updated recently. The rooms were nice, the continental breakfast was stellar and the sitting area was comfortable for visiting. The only issue we had was that the “heated” pool was ice cold and had things floating in it. Staff was polite and helpful.
