Check in was a zoo… room was not ready til 2-3 hours after check in time. Gave complimentary drinks at the bar but no bartender therefore no drinks were served…it’s a shame because I have stayed here before and had no problems… Hope they resolve the staff/management issue.

We did not stay at the magnolia Bluffs, we felt it was misrepresented online. So we canceled our stay at the Magnolia. It was smelly, the floors were sticky in the room as if we were walking on glue. We didn’t stay at all. We’re supposed to be refunded because we had to go to another hotel.
