Overall we had a good experience of this hotel. However there are some things that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the room was great, all the amenities were there for a self catering apartment, comfortable bed. However, upon getting the e-mail confirmation it stated that we would get an e-mail (or contact the hotel) 2 days before check in. I contacted them 2 days and the day before travel to get the room and front door codes. I was told that I was not allowed to have them until check in. So I am standing in this place with no idea of where I am going until I can phone them! (Also costing me money!!) I kept banging my head on the light in the lounge area because I am 6ft (people of 5ft10 would also hit their head)! If you are shorter than 5ft5 you would struggle to touch the floor sitting on the toilet because it is too high!. The pillows are rubbish, it was like having no pillows at all. The extraction above the oven wasn't working in my apartment. They came round to change the key codes on the doors half was through our stay and started at 6.50am and the next day at 9am. Not the sort of times I want to be waking up on my vacation. It boasts a swimming pool- however only open for an hour or so to members of the public but you still need a swipe card to get in, which you can't get. Walls are quite thin could hear the neighbours a lot to the side and above, and since we were on the ground floor there is no privacy!
