Pool was broken and was not alerted until we got there… so we had sad kids. We also found a pair of boxers behind a foot stool. Not the best experience due to those two things. Otherwise I’m sure it’s fine.

One morning, I went downstairs and there was a basketball game on TV. I asked the wait staff if we could change channels so I could see more about the Iran/Israel issue that was unfolding. I asked if the person to switch to FOX news, she replied: "we are not allowed to show FOX news but should switch the channel to CNN". Second, both mornings of my stay, I left the hotel and a male with purple and green hair was stationed at the front desk. Is this really the first interaction you want your guests to have in the morning or upon check-in? Seriously?
