"It was all good"

"Kari who checked us in was so helpful and was quick! We got an upgrade for having to wait only 15 minutes and we arrived before check in time. Courtyard was beautiful and inviting! My only complaints are the room we were in the sink lights only had one out of three lights working. The free breakfast was great but bakery things were hard and the hot items weren’t kept up and stocked."

"The room was clean but it had an OVERPOWERING air freshener scent! It was too strong. People like me get migraines and have allergy issues from chemicals like these. At the main desk also a spray air freshener on a timer way too strong. If a hotel is clean it should not need these chemical scents. "

"You would think that the Hilton could do better than angel soft single ply toilet paper, and soaps that don't make you smell like an old lady, or have a bed that doesn't sink in the middle. Speaking of sinks, the drain plug popped off with the smallest touch. They don't even offer breakfast, and expect you to shell out at their restaurant. Unless you don't have to worry about money, you would be better off at a Best Western, where us basic plebians go to have a better experience than the Hilton can provide."

"The most important thing - the bed and pillows were hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. I got a handicapped room without being told it was one…and I didn’t want or request one."
