"The room was clean, organized, smelled good, staff was helpful in many ways from help with ice to breakfast refills Coffee was always available with decaffeinated, regular, flavored wather was full of fruits and ice We had a nice experience. Plenty parking spots and short ride to down town"

"We were pleasantly surprised that the room had been recently updated with new carpeting and bedding. Overall the stay suited our needs and the location was good and close to Portland. The hotel could use some updating overall, with the carpets and furniture looking dated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the refrigerator and coffee in the morning in our room. The room was very clean. The grab and go breakfast while nice to offer was not great. The sandwiches were very processed and not fresh. No fresh fruit or yogurt, just fruit cups and applesauce. We passed on it all. Despite some of its faults we would stay here again for a short stay and appreciated the location, amenities, friendly staff, and affordability."

"Amber is fantastic!! Attentive, and genuinely kind. We stay here every year for a baseball tournament in the region and it is truly one of the most family friendly and clean places we’ve stayed! (And we travel a LOT!) Highly recommend!!!"

"Conveniently located in the middle of Saco’s restaurants and Old Orchard Beach as well as other, more sedate beaches. The owner was super helpful and friendly, and the place was kept clean. One of the housekeepers appeared to be doing most of the work while the other two kept up appearances of looking busy, but not doing much. Despite this the place was still kept clean and orderly (that lady really did seem to be managing the cleaning by herself). Definitely coming back here!"
