The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth. "

"No continental breakfast is offered here. Just free coffee/tea in lobby. The room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet and king size bed super comfy, plenty of pillows and extra pillow too. However wish the shower water was hotter But I like to boil. It was hot enough. Though our toliet took two flushes for tiny bit of paper to go down, but it worked. Nice cold for fridge and a microwave. Good size tv and plenty of channels to choose from. I’d definitely stay here again. . "
