"Very accomodating staff. Problem is that the windows go to the street AND the restaurant which is highly active (music and party active) on weekends, and the rooms have no AC. So you will literally be either sweating to death or cannot sleep because of the noise. Hence avoid between June and September. Otherwise you are good!"

"We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. "Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ein ganz wunderbares Hotel. Schönes Schwimmbad und schöner Wellness-Bereich. Extrem freundlicher Service und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Die Suite im Schloss ist ein echtes Highlight! (Nehmen Sie Bademäntel von der Rezeption mit! Wir hatten keine im Zimmer und der Weg ist wirklich weit.)"
