"I swear that this hotel is being ran by hotel guests. Please dont stay here its terrible. From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. Also my friends rooms heat was broken it took hours and repeated calling to get a space heater. At one point after my nephew called she texted him, could she call him back later! Are you serious!! Dont stay here, youll definitely regret it. There is not one amenity not even coffee."

"Was very disappointed was to be a 58$ hotel but was charged lot more could have stayed in a better hotel. No breakfast. Rooms ok but only a smoking queen because if you want non smoking they charge 100$ deposit. If you don't want anything fancy and only to sleep this is a ok place.I don't need fancy but could have had better same price. "

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor. (No elevator and bad knees!)
The beds were pretty firm and towels were brown. It’s a decent location in a run down area right off the freeway but next to two other hotels. They will not last if they don’t invest in the place soon!"
