"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. There was moldy grout around soap holder and corners of shower. Hallway had an unusual smell. We had trouble opening the door with the key cards - it was a different (old) type iof key cards lock. Woman at the desk seemed irritated that she gad to come help us. No concrete sidewalk to enter - crumbling tar slanted walk up to door either sign that says slippery when wet. I would not stay there again & don’t recommend."
