Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Great location along the River walk and downtown. Unfortunate under construction so there is no lobby and just a single person with one computer working at the “front” desk. Only 1 elevator working, which wasn’t an issue for us but a busier time would have made this a pain. But staff friendly and making the best of the situation. Will still return and look forward to the new hotel"
"This was a brand new hotel when I booked, so not many photos were available, but when I got here, I was very impressed with everything this hotel offers, the staff, the room, & the view. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again."
"Overall, it was a good stay. I booked a room last minute while passing through and the check in process was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub was fun to use as well.
When I got back up to the room, I grabbed a towel to shower. The towel was stained. When I got in the shower, the shampoo/bodwash bottle was empty. When I was finally settling down for the night, I got the remote to watch some tv. It didn’t work. When I asked the receptionist about it, she didn’t know what to do, so she gave me a second one but said she didn’t know how to program it.
I’d say you get you paid for. It was fine for a quick stay but I’d say just to spend the extra $20-$30 if you can to stay somewhere else. "
