"The staff was friendly. Day one mu shower head did not work and the water was cold, they sent the maintenence guy.. Day 2 the heater in the room did not work, I had to change rooms. The staff was accommodating but it was such an inconvenience."

"The check in person was exceptional. Had a balcony room where I had breakfast and sipped bourbon to close out the day. The location to so much is ideal. The view spectacular!"
