The Gramercy - Furnished Apt. Stay.

Conveniently located to Metro, shopping & site seeing. A great location if looking for housing in the area & accepts animals... The fully furnished apartment had the basics in the kitchen & bathroom that were needed, however I had to contact the management re: extra bedding, as there wasn't a comforter on the bed. There were also a few other items that were broken and broke during my stay... Maintenance was very slow to respond. Overall, my stay has been a 6-7 out of a 10.

Great Room, Confusing Check-In

The room itself was top-notch. However, unlike a normal hotel, this place is a condo rented out. The condo concierge really didn’t have the understanding of the arrangement, and only upon reading text messages on my phone was he able to pull out the right binder for the keys. Otherwise, great location, great room.

Great views, huge room.

Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable and great views. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Staff could have been more accomodating, but its not a traditional hotel setting so I didn't mind.

Very disappointing, not worth $259 a night

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I added a second name to the reservation which apparently did not make it through, so when he sowed up to check in the receptionist had no clue for who he was and very rude. Location was the only nice thing. The apartment was not clean and were left with dirty dishes. It was decorated with cheap furnitures, which were in poor condition. The bed, blankets, pillows and sheets was very poor quality and not clean. Surely NOT deserves 3 stars and $259 a night. Very disappointing. Definitely not meet standard of hotel.com 3 stars, let alone the 5 stars from previou reviewer. I question their integrity and possible relationship to the owner.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent stay and accommodation. Will always try this place first before booking anywhere in DC. Spacious clean apartment with good location and smooth process to book and check in. Doesn't have the concierge needs of a hotel but perfect for my needs.
