The receptionist kept telling me I could check in shortly.After 30 mins I had to change in the toilet to make my meeting. 4 pm is far too late a check in time and the basement rooms are not clearly marked. Parking nearer is$45 overnight which is a lot! The ceiling in my room had damp! Other than that its quickly with a good vibe on the top floor

The hotel was clean and the rooftop bar/restaurant is surprisingly cozy, good, and reasonably priced. It's a cute Bohemian vibe and the room was nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. They had some maintenance issues, the sink drained really slowly, the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower didn't quite get hot even though the sink did, and the Ethernet connection to the TV wasn't working. Walls are quite thin and the hotel can be noisy. I heard other people's alarm clocks and things. It's a decent hotel in D.C. for the price.

The hotel itself was really nice, clean but the room was a bit small. I didn’t like the lack of parking, we had to pay $45 just to park overnight because there was no spots available.

Nice hotel and a pretty good location if you are bringing a dog. The only down side was that the cafe was never open at 8am when it was supposed to be. But there are other cafes open nearby (5 min walk)

Cute boutique hotel!:) Clean & a nice to place to sleep. My only grip with the place was that the air conditioning was broken when we stayed there (during 3 days of humid 100 degree weather). Also plan to bring a white noise machine or ear plugs cause both the interior & exterior walls are super thin. You can hear everything on the street & in the next room. Other than that it was a good stay.

I picked this property specifically because of the alleged in-house eating options. The first morning we were told there was no chef available so we couldn’t eat there and had to venture out. The next morning, we saw a small offering of food, but when we moved closer we were told by staff that it was only for a group of people sitting in the dining area. So again, no opportunity to get food in the hotel as promised. Also, the last night of sleep was really uncomfortable because the AC malfunctioned. We woke up to a room that was 84 degrees in the morning. I told the worker at the front desk about both of these issues and she said that a manager would follow up with us via email. I even corrected her when she read my email back to me incorrectly. I’ve yet to hear from any hotel staff. I’d also like to add that being a native Spanish speaker may be the only way to receive welcoming service from some of the staff. There were times when my presence wasn’t even acknowledged (at check in for sure). On a positive note it’s a super cute hotel. The rooftop bar has great food and drinks. However, if the idea of sleeping beneath a nightclub is off putting I wouldn’t stay here. It didn’t bother me because I knew what I was getting into, but it’s something people should be aware of.

The staff and cleaning services are prompt and kind. However, the bedroom designs are not for larger parties. We stayed in a single queen and there was enough space to walk in, but not much else. The beds themselves were not for us as we aren’t super young or easy sleepers. The walls are also very thin meaning we could hear all tvs, conversations, and city noise. For those who are more comfortable inner city and staying for shorter stints this would still be a fine stay. Lastly, there is no parking included or provided. So there is a lot next door which costs $45 for overnight parking.
