The room and lobby area were clean. We liked that the hotel still offered free breakfast when a lot of other places no longer do. The card readers in the elevator were tricky and a lot of guests ended up riding around more than they planned.

Room: bed was comfortable but room furniture could use some cleaning. Bathroom: spacious with plenty of hot water Lobby: clean with a small bar, which was nice Staff: no eye contact, no greetings when entering, no welcoming smiles. This type of behavior was surprising since we’ve encountered excellent guest relations at other Hampton Inns.
