Paid for a non smoking room got a room that smellled like cigarette smoke with writing and drawings on the wall. Staff didn’t care and said take it up with expedia

1) Don't try checking in after 9 pm. 2) No key system. Doors have code locks that i dont imagine change. 3) room did not look to be serviced or laundered between customers 4) pretty much everything in the room is broken 5) bugs 6) reception sent another guest to my room on their check in 7) no towel 8) moldy shower Just think of it like camping...bring your own stuff

Not sure how this property is rated what it is in comparison to others in the neighborhood. It is firstly unclear that the registration desk closes at 9pm. I had to contact Expedia to get in touch with the owner as the phone rang to an empty reception area. Once entering a room with a genericly provided code (not sure it is ever changed), the room is in dissrepair with mold, broken fixtures, tv that doesn't work, a single towel that doesn't appear to have been washed... If you plan to stay here, think of it more like camping and be sure to bring your own supplies.

You get what you get for about $80 a night. The floors could've used vacuuming and the nightstands could've been dusted, but there were no signs of bedbugs or roaches, the sheets appeared clean (if old and worn), and the bathroom wasn't horrible. My biggest issue was with service. On the two different occasions I needed to speak to someone about getting into my room I could neither find someone at the front desk nor get anyone to answer the phone. The first time this happened I was lucky enough to notice a cleaning cart outside one of the rooms and I spoke to whoever was cleaning about checking into my room. The second time I ended up having to rely on another customer to help me. If that other customer hadn't been around, I'd have been sunk.
