I always get great rest when staying at this property. No excessive noises, good breakfast options, fresh coffee (VITAL!). The value was worth it to be sure and I will continue to stay at the property. The staff is fantastic, all friendly, respectful and pleasant to interact with."

"The male indian staff needs to be retrained for customer service. Told him that the AC is making alot of noise and he said that’s the compressor and all rooms are like that. I never had a problem like this and stayed in multiple hotels. Then he said I can put you in another room, which he put us in front of the elevator and blocked view. I specifically asked before checking in not to put us in fron of the elevator because im a light sleeper, which he purposedly did."
