"Such a huge turn around! We loved our 2 night stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and fresh. Our room was great, comfy and clean. Beautiful views! The breakfast, whether you got up at 7 or got there late at 9, it was fresh and delicious! The elevators were working smoothly, the hotel was upgraded and the observation tower was such a fun surprise! Getting to use the old time binoculars like when I was a kid brought back some core memories! Was so fun! Thank you Lighthouse staff you made our little stay-cation one to remember We will definitely be back! <3"

"Really friendly and professional staff. The property was spotless in the rooms and commen spaces. Just a heads up that these are privately owned units and the decorations and furnishings vary.Unfortunately our bed in 307 was like sleeping on a plywood plank with bed springs painfully jabbing your body making it impossible to sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Other guests told us they had comfy beds with no issues. So, avoid 307 is all i can say. -- we will visit again, like previously stated, very nice place, just not that room. "

"Right on the beach, close to town, kid and dog friendly. Some dogs were barking, but I think that can be expected at a dog friendly hotel. Duh! There were ear plugs in our room when we got there but it didn’t bother us. Kids loved the pool!"

"The view was amazing. The cabins were perfect. But cleanliness was an issue. Black mold around the shampoo holders and the shampoo and conditioner were both completely empty. We ate at the restaurant and has dirty coffee cups and then had black stuff floating in our soda! Yikes. Over all it’s worth staying at for the location and wood stove alone."
