The property had a five star attitude but is very outdated. The staff at the doors are great but the heads hurt my body so much. By the second or third day half the channels didn’t work or were not on the right one. Like Disney show on A&E. One morning 530 am fire alarms go off. Once they stop no employee is there to stop anyone going in or give an update on what happened. The communication was awful and no one said anything. I would not go back simply because of that. No safety protocols and no fire truck or Marshall came to clear the building. The pool folk are great and ask if you want anything. Like I said five star attitude but 2 star feel.

We had a very nice experience staying here. It's very conveniently located. The property is clean and comfy and there is a nice restaurant that serves food till 10 pm and drinks till midnight. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. I would give it a 4.5/5 because we found that the dryer was not working.
