I got all I expected at this price point Clean room, comfortable, properly working AC, quiet All I needed was a few minute walk away Very quick , Easy access to the Metro my stay was definitely a strong "good" At the price point, it was fully what I expected

Affordable, clean, good location, 10 minute walk to a large variety of restaurants and Metro and it has free parking. Rooms were mostly quiet, well supplied with towels and toiletries. Wallpaper, carpet and bed could all do with an update/refresh.

The location is easy to find and is walkable to the Metro station. The property has good photos online, but the rooms are a bit gloomy. carpets are old and torn in some areas. My son had bed bugs bites, so we requested to change rooms on the 2nd day and the staff was not happy about the request. I was initially asking for an extra bed so my son can just sleep there but the woman front desk they can't do it and just change rooms instead.

This is my 4th time back for the past 3 years. I think it's about time for the hotel to do a deep cleaning on the carpet. This is a very good budget motel. Staff is very efficient.

So I was a little hesitant about staying here because I never heard of this place, but otjer reviews were good so i tried it! Well, I wasnt disappointed! This place was IDEAL! If you want a decent place thats located close to D.C, and you dont want to spend a lot, this place is for you! Its no 5 star by any means, but it was clean and the location was GREAT! I felt really safe in the area and it was close to restaurants!

The Good: Cheap for the area, easy uber to DC, free parking, and easy check in. The Bad: Odor in hallways, poor plumbing, lack of house keeping. During our 3 day stay no housekeeping came to empty trash or restock towels. Trash piled up by the time we checked out. Shower drained so slow i had to stop a shower in between to let it drain. If you can get a cheap rate and only plan to sleep in the room, go for it. Else find something better.

If you do a research then you know what to expect. Hotel was kind of ok, but I am not sure would I come back. For us main thing was not being able to get coffee before 7 am. You don't have machine in the room and they bring it to reception at 7 am which was too late for us. Not looking to watch TV in the room but at night you kind of want to watch it for an hour maybe, it was kind of unwatchable, TV was very small and picture was horrible. Generally rooms were pretty old and need major update, but for the money paid it was kinda ok
