"This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

"The location of the hotel was close to Matsuyama City Sta and convenient to move around! Also, the front desk and other staff were polite (and friendly in the Japanese way). Based on the price, I was satisfied to stay here! "

"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。 施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。 もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。 この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"
