"The staff was very helpful and there was an effort to maintain high cleanliness. But the rooms are not in great shape - the lights didn’t all work, the toilet in our first room leaked, and the bathroom door didn’t shut completely. The staff did their best to address issues."

"The kitchen in the studio is basically just a microwave and mini fridge but there were some dishes and a sink which made heating up meals super helpful. Room is very small so it felt like classic NYC but it was all we needed for 2 people. Close to everything."
