Najobrzydliwsze doświadczenie z hotelami i obsługą w całym moim życiu. Recepcja co chwile rzuca słuchawką i gdy powiedziałem że nie mam kodu do pokoju, w odpowiedzi dostałem że mam poszukać (po czym rzuciła pani słuchawką).

Приемлемое качество за хорошие деньги

Для бюджетного туриста в самый раз. Никто в отеле не встречает, просто высылают пароли от дверей на почту. Немного грязновато, безумно не хватало кондиционера в 30-градусную жару, ощущалось днём, как в парилке, но ночью с открытыми окнами становилось комфортно. Очень слабый вай-фай по всему отелю, а в моей комнате так вообще не работал. Очень приветливая уборщица помогла переехать в соседнюю комнату, где он хоть как-то тянул. В комнате холодильник, микроволновка, пара тарелок, в целом дня нескольких бюджетных ночей прямо в центре - отличный вариант. Спасибо.

Don't go there ! worst place ever in Warsaw!!!

Worst stay ever!!!! you pay the amount on hotels.com then they send you an e-mail to pay extra by bank transfert. this would have been the charge for room cleaning towels and sheets!!! the room was never clean, nor the towels! Very bad pipe smells in the rooms , and worst of all it was -10 degrees Celcius and they were turning off the heating!!! Turst me! don't go there !!! and hotels.com was aware of the situation as I called them during the stay and the hotel didn't care!

Buona Posizione, il letto era uno schifo, le molle del letto ti penetravano la schiena, il secondo cuscino era l cuscino quadrato del divano, lenzuola sporche, in 2 con solo 1 asciugamano, la doccia non funzionava... Cos altro aggiungere?

Не заселили и не вернули деньги!

Забронировали, оплата прошла сразу. Остальные оплаты хотели заплатить при заезде, как и написано в описании. Но по приезду нам сообщили, что нужно оплатить по банку. Прилетели в субботу и банки уже не работали. Наличными они не смогли принять, в итоге нас не заселили!

Problemy z zameldowaniem. Podany nr tel. długo nie odpowiadał, potem informacja SMS-em o innym numerze. Cały proces długi i nieprzyjemny. Pokój wyposażony bardzo podstawowo w kiepskiej jakości sprzęty, pościel i ręcznik. Okolica ciekawa i bezpieczna
