Beautiful property! Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Everything so well thought out. We enjoyed our dinner at europejski grill. The staff was the friendliest we encountered in all of Warsaw. Highly recommend!!

Staff was attentive, polite and helpful. Property was in a great location, walkable to old town and a newer part of town - not sure if it was central city or just a more commercial part of town. Hostess and server in the restaurant were both excellent.

Stunning brand new hotel, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Absolutely stunning! When I arrived I needed to have a bouquet of flower ready and the concierge had it ready for me in 20 minutes! I will absolutely be back! PS, the Europejski Grill serves the BEST Lobster Bisque I have ever tasted!

Centre of Warsaw!
Great hotel at the centre of everything. Hotel very clean and modern and a lovely restaurant seating area for day and breakfast. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard. Great stay

Hotel is nice and comfortable and conveniently located. Service was excellent throughout our stay, including the breakfast service. The Polish restaurant which the receptionist recommended was very good. The only minor flaw, is that the takeaway refreshment box that was to be at the reception at 5:10 am, just before our taxi pick up to the airport, failed yo turn up.

This hotel offered an incredible luxury experience. The staff worked together to ensure all of my needs were met and they checked in to see how they could stock the room for me- fresh fruit or nuts etc. I had a couple of spa treatments both were top notch and the facility was impressive.
