It’s nothing wrong, I just didn’t expect there wouldn’t be AC. The washing machine didn’t work, the kettle didn’t work. The picture show a washing which is very appealing but if it doesn’t work it’s useless. I got bit by little bugs and now I have legion all over my body.

Woeful communication from the office. When they wanted the deposit they were courteous. When i told them the appartment had no toaster, coffee machine, tv didnt work and towels had toilet stains on it they refused to answer any messages. A very good place to stay overall

I was a bit dissatisfied about the check-in time being 4pm and the apartment operator not being flexible in leaving my bag somewhere earlier. Other than that the property was really well furnished on the inside with a comfortable bed, a comfortable couch and a very comfy desk.

lite hjelp ved innsjekking. Vanskelig med bagasje å gå til leiligheten. Ingen på kontoret før kl. 16.oo Reiser man kl. 5.oo om morgen er den store porten stengt og du kan ikke kommer deg ut på gaten hvis naboene ikke forteller deg dette på forhånd. Vasken på badet i leiligheten var tett. ellers var det rent.

Bilder beim buchen im Internet haben weit mehr Komfort vorgegaugelt, als vor Ort war. Lage der UK im Zentrum war hervorragend, nicht zu übertreffen. Größe und Komfort waren o.k., der Komfort aber unter den Erwartungen. Das TV war unbrauchbar, schwierig zu handhaben, Anleitung (am TV) nur in Polnisch. Keine Air Condition. Schlafzimmer ließ sich nachts nur unzureichend verdunkeln. Von 4 (Steh-)Lampen im Schlafzimmer waren 3 defekt. Kontaktaufnahme Tage vor dem Einchecken war zwar gut, aber vor Ort ließ sich niemand blicken, die UK war schwer zu finden und nicht ausgeschildert, das Office war mehr als 1km entfernt. UK war nicht vor 16:00 Uhr beziehbar. Nur 4 (!!) minderwertige Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Pries-/Leistungsverhältnis war aber - angesichts der hervorragenden Lage - befriedigend.

Great place but needs fans in summer

Super location right on Stary Rynek - however with this summer being HOT there was no AC -which one can expect -however it would have been nice to have a couple of fans. Since we didn’t have fans we left the windows open at night and heard the nightlife until 4 AM. Also, bring your own shampoo and soap. The apartment we stayed at was on the 4th floor-so be prepared to carry your luggage. If you stay when it’s hot use the shades so hopefully the apartment won’t get too hot.

The location is fine. The centre is around the corner. The appartment was very sober and tatty. It was clean. Towels bad condition. No curtains. Very cheap quality bed linen.

Disappointed frequent traveler.

Our stay was NOT a pleasurable experience. Starting when we arrived. We arrived at the address that was listed on the booking, there was no one there to let us in, the phone numbers were not working. When hotels.ca finally reached someone for us after 1 and half hours, we had to go to a different address to pick up the key we were then sent to an apartment at a 3rd address NOT the address we booked. Apartment was on 4th floor walk up with no elevator. Inside the apartment there was dirty towels in the bathtub. The futon bed was broken and uncomfortable. We were killing spiders continually for the three days we were there. Positives were location and there was an in suite washing machine.

Fabulous location, right on the edge of Old Town at 8/14 Dluga. Meant that we had the easy access to Old Town without the noise. Apartment was great for us and one of the few that had a balcony. The only negative was the 70 stairs up to this fourth flour apartment. We found that this dictated some of our comings and goings to avoid the stairs.

Zadowolona...tak i nie.

Samo mieszkanie jak i lokalizacja bez zarzutu, jednak co do obsługi to...Wstępna rezerwacja była na ul. Freta, dzień przed wyjazdem do Warszawy przyszedł email o zmianie lokalizacji (całe szczęście, że odwiedziłam skrzynkę mailową), zatelefonować nie miał kto :(. Na miejscu dostajemy klucze i kod wejścia na podwórko i do klatki. Po dotarciu do budynku okazuje się, że kod jest błędny. Dzięki uprzejmości jednego z lokatorów, który podał nam kod jesteśmy w mieszkaniu. Czysto, ładnie bez zarzutów. Jednak włączamy tv chcąc oglądnąć i co...nie działa. Dzwonię do biura, przychodzi fachowiec jednak się poddaje mówiąc, że muszą przyjść panowie którzy podłączali tv. Na drugi dzień będąc w biurze przypominam o braku tv i internetu i co? i nic. Do końca pobytu nie mieliśmy tv ani internetu które były w ofercie i za które zapłaciliśmy.

Location being Close to Old town.

It felt like a sense of freedom to be able to go back to the apartment that is located slightly Remote, that is to say at the end of the street, to relax, take a cup of tea or a drink/sleep. One felt safe in the midst of the laughter from the bars and the light sounds from People eating and talking at the nearby restaurants. We did not observe threatening or drunk people during our stay(we stayed for a week). The Apartment is located Close too Old town and you can easily walk from the Apartment to the old town in four - five minutes. There are groceryshops on this street, and the restaurants located in the nearness of the apartment offers breakfast, lunch and dinneer. I can highly recommend the location!

Warsaw Visit

Wonderful location, just steps away from the Old Town and the Royal Castle. Please be mindful that it is not a hotel but an apartment located in a dated, Soviet era building. Moreover, you will have to pick the key prior to arriving, at another location. Still - the price and location make it all worth it

Apartamento estaba sucio, roto, la lavadora no iba y nos estropeo la ropa, cama incomoda, el apartamento esta lejos de la recepcion (25minutos andando). Muy muy mal!

Hieno kaupunki. Gdanskista pääsee kätevästi junalla Varsovaan, näkee ja kokee enemmän.
