I did like the hotel and went back 3 times...The front desk was awesome but I had a hiccup cause my flight was cancelled and all hell broke loose.
I called the hotel that expedia cancelled the whole stay instead of 1 day and the rep said "No refund you lost the money" She did not even try to resolve, She shut the door at the spot.
Then they throw the problem on Expedia and of course Expedia said it was the hotel. I can't be sure but from the call I made on Aug 31st around 4:40pm she was definitely not a helper.
