Perfect base for exploring Warsaw

This was my 4th stay at this hotel which is an excellent place and is centrally situated and close to public transport. The surrounding area has some nice coffe shops and is quiet and safe.

Dated but good location

Older hotel showing its age. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the 175 bus to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was located in a very convenient area that was close to Warsawa Centralna and Aleja Jerozolimskie (apologies for spelling). Our room even had an excellent view of the Palace of Culture and Science. The room itself was spacious and clean. We did not see an air conditioning system in the room, but the windows opened and we were able to get cool, fresh air that way. Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. We really recommend this hotel, and would stay here again on future visits.

I needed a hotel room for 1 night close to Warsaw Centralna and Warsaw Śródmieście as I was arriving from Krakow by train and leaving from Warsaw Chopin Airport early the next morning (and the airport train leaves from Warsaw Śródmieście). This hotel fit the bill - an easy flat walk from both stations, close to places to get a quick dinner, and with 24 hour reception. The room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Science, great natural light and a window that opened for fresh air. Excellent hot water. Two points to note - while the hotel has an elevator, the landings are between the floors, so you need to either carry your suitcase up or down a half flight of stairs even if you use the elevator. Further, the refrigerator in my room was very noisy (I think it was the ice in the freezer cracking during the defrosting cycle) which caused some disturbed sleep - probably solvable with ear plugs but with my early start I was worried about sleeping through my alarm so didn't wear ear plugs and was woken up repeatedly by the loud cracking sounds. Nevertheless, great location and great value for money.

About as basic as you can get. If you book, DO NOT accept a room on the first floor. This was a Friday night and there is a restaurant below. The music was thumping and loud until about midnight. Overall, it was a basic hotel.

Good location

This is a fairly good place. Nothing flash, and breakfast is pretty basic, but it’s quite adequate, the room was spacious, and it was close to the main train station. Long walk to the old town and its attractions, but that was fine for me.

Basic and poorly maintained

Basic furniture. One window could not close .Shower head bracket loose so we had to always hold the shower head when showering. Water is very weak probably because we lived on top floor. Basin tap is too low so we had to fill kettle from shower. Even there is a lift, luggage had to be carried up and down half a floor level. We are only satisfied with the breakfast. Will never stay here again.

Für 3 Personen und Hund hatten wir ein schönes großes Zimmer mit mega Ausblick auf den Kulturpalast. Ansonsten ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte hier und da einen frischen Anstrich und Schönheitsreparatur. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt perfekt. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir einen Parkplatz am Hotel reservieren und nutzen konnten.

Salve! L'albergo ha una buona località, ci è capitato una settimana di lavori in corso sulla strada, inclusa una giornata di mancanza di acqua, quindi spero per chi ci andrai di avere piu silenzio e nessuna interruzzione di fornitura acqua. Il personale è gentile.

Posizione un po' decentrata rispetto al centro storico raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata abbastanza lunga. Buffet colazione molto piccolo e solo salato. Le pulizie delle camere vengono effettuate solo se richieste alla reception e sono molto approssimative. Diciamo che l'hotel sotto molti aspetti potrebbe migliorare.
