The apartment itself and furniture are nice. Nothing else was. They wouldn’t answer direct questions about the keyless entry and would email a pdf that contained a link that went to a website that didn’t even have all the information. Anytime I would ask for clarification they would copy and paste the same sentences and send the pdf. I contacted Hotels.com for help and somebody from the place was supposed to contact me, but never did. There were undisclosed motion sensors including in the bedroom with no indication what they were for. No washcloths, two already started half rolls of toilet paper, no extra and no other toiletries except hand soap. No napkins. Whatever. all of that stuff, while annoying was manageable. However, I came back from a concert & was leaving at 3am for the airport- of course I wanted to shower. Couldn’t open the shower door. It was jammed shut and I didn’t want to break the glass door. So I gave up and had to bathe with a towel and hand soap so I don’t get kicked off the flight for body odor from sweating at a concert. Wouldn’t recommend it unless they get their act together. It’s a shame. It’s a beautiful apartment otherwise.
