One recommendation for the staff, pls make your contact available via WhatsApp or Expedia Messaging App, some ppl when they are travelling from other countries and using e-sim - they don’t have the ability to call local numbers, they only have data. So, don’t the fact that we need to call a local number to check-in is problematic. Lucky for us, another resident was able to call on our behalf."
