As expected, EXCELLENT. Nice 1st floor room, staff is great. Only complaint light is burned out at room door. Not a big deal. Great value for the money. Holiday Inn Express never disappoints. Ballard Family

The staff was friendly. The pool temp. was extrememly cold for an indoor pool. It was 77. I chose this hotel so after the funeral the grandkids could swim and enjoy some of the stay. The air temp. was also to cold for an indoor setting it should be 2 degrees different from the water and the water should be at least 82. I know this because I have taught swim lessons for over 15 years.

I didn’t check in because I 70 was closed so I couldn’t get there. I tried to cancel through the Expedia website. But couldn’t. Outrageously terrible experience. Never use again.

Enjoyed our stay - very convenient location and the breakfast was great. Only negative was the room temperature which is based on motion and would cause the AC to stop at night.

Parking lot you had to drive thru to get to the hotel had some intoxicated and scruffy looking individuals we had to drive past who were standing outside their vehicle watching us as we drove by and parked @the hotel!

Our bathroom smelled like a sewer. We ran the fan all the time. They were out of coffee in the breakfast area at 7am! We stayed 3 nights and our room was only serviced once. The cable was out twice - once for most of the morning.

Always very clean, professional and courteous staff, good breakfast bar. Convenient to I70 and Warrenton. Much easier getting on and off 70 than the one in Wentzville. Stayed here several times and oth HI Expresses in the area because I have family there. Holiday Inn express is what we look for when we travel.
