"The building has central HVAC, so no climate control in the room. When I called front desk explaining how our room was hot and humid, they explained that they would not turn on the air conditioning and I should open a window. Normally this would be fine, except the windows were extremely dangerous, opening wide with no screen. Not possible to use with a toddler around. Other than this issue, we had a positive experience."

It is close to the train and bus stations where you can easily catch transportation in and out of Disney parks. We loved the market across the street and many convenience stores.
