There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Lake front hotel with stunning views. We only stayed one night but cannot fault it. Room - modern and recently upgraded it look like. Air conditioning unit for when it’s warm. Open wardrobe and shelving but plenty for your stuff. Small sofa and smart TV. rainfall shower walk in shower with a separate head too. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a small balcony to sit on. Location - just by the lake with plenty of sunbeds to sit on. They have a number of steps into the lake...
