The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home.
This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee … she was a little short) I’d definitely come back.
Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….
