"Fantastic experience. Everything from check in to check out and all in between was brilliant. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Ghent as I wouldn't hesitate to book here again myself. Perfect distance to everything with a gorgeous bakery Norman right by it and a little shop for anything you might need. Ghent was beautiful...even in the storm we thoroughly enjoyed it and was perfect coming back to our apartment to dry off and enjoy a relaxed few evenings. Thanks Eva for a lovely stay :)"

Having stayed in the town on two other occasions at other "hotels" I was disappointed by the quality of rooms available. The Tower hotel is only one month old and that means everything is new. The building is modern, the rooms are stylishly furnished, wifi is excellent and the breakfast room at the top of the building affords a fantastic view of the entire town. All the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I do business in the area.

My husband and I stayed one night here and were completely impressed with the level of service and the overall friendliness of the staff. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely like to stay with them again. The only negative is the location. Fantastic surroundings and the facilities are brilliant, especially if you are a cyclist with bike washing areas, storage, underground parking. There are washing/ drying machines and also a workshop should you have mechanical issues. Oudenaarde and Brakel are only short distances away, so ideally located. New restaurant serves great food. Christine and Guy are brilliant- nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend and we will be staying again (after having stayed many times before!).
