We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table. Even when I asked for two cappuccino and two croissants, she reply yes and continued to clean the table. Odd "

"Great hotel it could be more than 3 stars. It is located close to Basel SBB which makes a bit noisy the area. Everything else were great."
