"Needed to stay for two weeks. Had to ask for cleaning, which consisted of fresh (thin) towels and the bed being made, though we aren’t sure they changed the sheets. Did not automatically give us TOlP or new cups. Other cleaning seemed non-existent. Almost no amenities. Communication was poor and key cards had to regularly be reprogrammed. I’ve stayed at many hotels of different levels all over the world. I would not choose this one again or recommend it."

"This is the best option in the area and we are big fans of the Hilton family of hotels (we stay there exclusively when this is an option). Everything was as expected for a Hampton Inn, including the workout room, layout of the room, and amenities. Five stars for pillows, hot water, and lack of noise. It was really hard getting an early check in, much harder than one would expect given the occupancy. We did end up getting it in plenty of time, which we appreciated. (It seemed like there were challenges with staffing.) We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!"

"I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me I will never book this hotel again"

"This place is a dump Pretty much a motel Looks and smells dirty The curtains in bathroom are filthy The tub is disgusting and black No pride in the upkeep of this property Dirty walls and carpets Exposed outlets Didn’t even clean our room I only stayed here because Hampton inn was sold out NEVERRR AGAIN I even left a day early because I refused to raid a shower there"

"This is an older motel, so don't expect a 4-star hotel. I've stayed there twice on the last two years, and both times I have had excellent experiences. The building is probably from the 1950-1960 era, and it does show. However, the rooms themselves have everything you would need. Everything is very clean. There are no odd smells, the rooms smell fresh. Everything was very hygienic and there were no signs of any problems. There has never been any problems with noise at night, any more than you would expect at any hotel. The motel is run by what I presume is a family. They are very friendly and would always ask when they saw you if you needed anything and how your stay was. The motel format is very convenient since you park right in front of your room. I prefer it to many budget hotels where you have to lug everything to your room. The cost is very reasonable and there are no hidden or surprise charges. They will want a credit card on file for incidentals, but I have never been charged anything. If I go back to Claremont next year, I will definitely stay here again. As long as your expectations for a motel at a budget price is reasonable, you will enjoy your stay."

"Stayed for the weekend. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was immaculate. The shower and bathroom was luxurious. The bed was very Comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Hot coffee in the morning and the yummiest brown butter cookies to snack on. We will return!"
