Those stupid glass panels on the desk area rattle every time someone would walk on our floor or the floor above us. Finally I got up and packed wet Kleenex between the glass to stop it from rattling. The other things are too many light bulbs are burned out in both of the rooms I had. In the other room besides all the bulbs around the beds area being burned out the phone didn’t work. Come on people. Fix this stuff. An excuse that bulbs have been on order for a month is stupid. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy them. "
