Quality Inn Monteagle

"Our stay at this Quality Inn was pretty good. The person who checked us in was friendly and professional. The beds was super comfy and the sheets was so soft. This was much appreciated. The next morning, we enjoyed a hot breakfast of waffles, sausage and coffee. At other hotels, often the waffle maker burns the waffles, but this one was perfect! Our only complaint was that right as you entered our room (2nd floor), it smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was nonsmoking. And the smell from cleaning products or air fresheners to cover the smoky smell were quite extreme too. We didn't complain as we were there only 1 night. We still consider a good hotel."

"I’ll definitely use best western again. We checked in and one of our rooms air conditioner wasn’t properly working and the man at the front desk fixed it with no problems. We appreciated that, he was pleasant and helpful! You guys will see us again!"

"The staff was friendly. It was in a good location, the only thing I guess I could say is not much variety for breakfast and our room smelt like someone had smoked something in it, I had to keep spraying room deodorant. But all in all it was okay, we went for a church homecoming for a night."
