Staff was kind. Our room had some cleanliness issues and the TV didn't work. We asked for assitance with the TV, but it was never resolved. Breakfast was a bit cold/undercooked. It seems as if one staff member was trying to handle the desk and breakfast.

Toilet was constantly running, the pool and hot tub were excessively cloudy, and there was food left on the balcony. Front desk staff were great as well as the housekeeping.
