"Pool was closed without any notice. Room had weird smell and temp control didn’t work. Bathroom door had multiple holes in it like it had been punched or kicked. Tv barely worked. Breakfast was disgusting. "

I’d also recommend providing a list of local pet boarding/daycare options and clearer instructions for the dual hot water/coffee machines. However, the experience at the connected Hilton was quite different. The atmosphere felt negative, and I found the front desk staff there to be judgmental and rude based on my attire. Additionally, their $15 pricing for a small margarita felt excessive, and they should ensure their "Happy Hour" signage is removed when it isn't active to avoid misleading guests. Note for future guests: The parking situation is confusing. It isn't clear that you should pull off on the side street to check in and drop off luggage before moving your car to the parking ramp across the street. There needs to better signage to have clear directions."
