Staff was friendly. Shower pressure was great and hot water was stable. But motel was outdated and door hard to open. We were disturbed by some kids in the neighbourhood making us feel unsafe. Probably wont come back for stay in this town.

Passing through Walgert there is not a lot to attract and this property is old and lacks street appeal, however the management has maid the most of what they have and the room was clean bed comfortable and the area secure and quite if we need to stay in Walgert again this would be our choice.

I would not recommend to stay here at all . Paint peeling off the wall, the curtains are faded and they really need to give it a big make over . The lady working there was so nice . I feel sorry for her . The owner should take action and fix the place up . What a dump.

Older style motel, but was clean and shower good. Probably time to update and paint. Our friends room would not lock, repairs needed.

This unit is in a 60's style building - small but tidy with clean linen. The bathroom was a very big disappointment with mouldy paint peeling on the wall and the worse being an 18 inch step up into the shower. One grab rail was provided but I was still unable to get into and out of without help. I'm sure it would not pass safety regulations.

Just looking for a nights accomodation passing through. It was a typical country motel, bit old and tired, but i was happy at the price. They offered home cooking, big bonus as not a lot of choices in Walgett

The only good thing was the fact that there was secure parking. They forgot our breakfast which was only toast. The place was very Dela I dated and I did not like the bright blue towels.

Not going to lie, it needs some work (it's an old motel). But the staff were friendly and it was close to what i needed. if you want "luxury" this is not it, but for convenience and decent prices then it's definitely worth it.

This is a typical 1960's motel that has not been updated since it was built other than be re-painted. Nonetheless the room was comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. If you are over 6' tall you will struggle with the beds. Secure lock up overnight parking was a bonus that was not expected.
