"Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

"Het appartement is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, het is er schoon en netjes. Ik vond het bed aan de smalle kant, niet wat ik gewend ben. De locatie, midden in de stad is ideaal. We vonden het heerlijk om er te verblijven. Jammer dat er in het begin iets misging in de communicatie, waardoor de instructies om het gebouw binnen te komen pas na contact met Expedia via een mail duidelijk werden."

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Große Wohnung. Aber nicht für 4 Leute geeignet, da Couch nicht als Schlafcouch verwendbar für 2 Personen. Einrichtung ist nicht luxuriös sondern Standard. Leider waren Couch und ein Schrank bei unserer Ankunft beschädigt. Auf meine Nachricht per Expedia Chat wurde nicht reagiert."

"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. The oven produced a strong smell due to cleaning residue that...

"Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service.
