"Clean room, old thought. Bathrooms need a refurb. Bfast was very ordinary. Better off eating at the railway station. About the only thing it had going for it, is it proximity to the central station. You get what you pay for"

"We reserved two rooms for three nights. The quality of bed mattress and pillows were beyond terrible. Although we are very slim people we felt like we touch the floor the moment we lied down on bed. The pillows were slimmer than two shirts on top of each other. The floor was dirty with dust. They did not even mop the floor before the next guest arrives. Although it was very close by the train station and that can be appreciated by some people, the neighbourhood is full of homeless and drunk people that could make you uncomfortable and unsafe. If you’re low on budget and need a one night stay you may consider even go farther for your mental health and safety."

"Motel One was a very nice appointed hotel, however the staff was very rude to my husband and I. We noticed that we were one of the few African Americans at the hotel and whenever we interacted with the staff, they were all very condescending. One night we came to the bar and asked if they could provide ice to us, instead of the bartender responding, the young lady responded and said they could not provide ice to us, when my husband told her we were guests, her next response to us was the machine was broken. The next day, we went to the bar again and was provided ice with no problems. Our final interaction with the front desk was when we asked them why phones were not in guest rooms, we were told it was not to their standards to have guest phones, so we asked if they could call a restaurant that we wanted to visit to make sure they could accommodate us that evening, and the young lady “which we were told was in training” started laughing in our face. Frankfurt was not the most friendlessness place for African Americans to visit, and every time we walked in the hotel, we felt it from staff to guests. I am glad that I got to experience Frankfurt, but will not visit again and will let others know that this hotel as well as Frankfurt is not welcoming to African Americans . "

"Really enjoyed the hotel—this was my first visit to Frankfurt, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything close by. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our rooms early. The rooms themselves were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide and appealing selection. On the downside, we occasionally experienced long waits for the elevators, and the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable, which made the room a bit warm at night. Overall, a very good hotel experience."

"We went hotel bar for cocktails and service was very slow. Also, advised washer and dryer in room but my room had no dryer. They did allow me to use a dryer in a different room but it wasn’t very convenient. I was glad they did allow me to use a dryer since I had already done a load of laundry."

"Great hotel with wonderful staff. I love the location here as it is within close proximity to the main train station and the river walking path which has nice views and places to have a beer. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"
