Whether it is a request at 2am or 10pm, you can be guaranteed your request will be looked after swiftly. Arivazhagan works cordially with all departments to give customers worry free stay. Mahalaxmi from the restaurant remembers customers and orders and will surprise us with her care and service. Ponnurangam and other security folks work around the clock while keeping a smile. Balaji who is the GM, sets a great example to everyone at this hotel. He has set standards which gives us experience similar to that of a tier 1 city hotel."
