"Location was great, hotel was super clean and Parking is ample. Good stay overall. Just one suggestion, maybe its time for them to change their old aircon units."

"Good location, no view just a building all covered up lights in bathroom poor. Had to request clean towels and find our own parking."

"The two-bedroom hotel room we stayed in was comfortable. My son slept on the pull-out sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable, but he seemed fine with it. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay."

"Had such an excellent stay at Hotel City Side in Tauranga. Everything was so stylish and beautifully presented, with superb lighting features throughout that made the whole place feel warm and modern. It honestly all looked brand new and was spotless. The location is perfect too — easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, which made getting around so convenient. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming when we arrived, which made such a great first impression. We also really appreciated the nice selection of teas and coffee in the room — and they even had a milk frother, which was such a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga."
